Are you looking to join an exciting Freight Forwarder in Felixstowe? Look no further! This business has been trading in excess of 30 years and are looking for a bubbly individual to join their innovative team as an Import Freight Operator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales invoices to clients through the companies freight software.
- Receive and action new bookings from clients and oversea agents.
- Check vessel ETA’s whilst keeping clients updated.
- Maintain up to date files and records.
- Work closely with the import operations team to ensure documentation, pricing and introductions are in place.
- Complete the internal booking process to ensure excellent customer service is delivered.
Previous Skills & Experience:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable working alone and as part of a team.
