Overview
Key Duties (Including but not limited to):
- Support the assignment of regulatory reporting responsibilities, monitor adherence to reporting deadlines, and assist with the preparation of submissions and returns.
- Assist in drafting, implementing, and embedding policies, procedures, processes, systems, and controls to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and, where relevant, align with market best practices.
- Handle all types of sanction referrals, conduct due diligence for marine cargo screenings and vessel/container tracking, escalate issues to underwriters as needed, and monitor vessels and ongoing sanctions developments, including providing guidance on licensing requirements.
Experience required:
- Technical knowledge of PRA/FCA/Lloyd’s regulations.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Systems such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably within the Lloyd’s market.
- Experience in financial crime, licensing, and sanctions is required.
- Experience in performance compliance regulatory assessments and producing compliance reports is desired.
