This is a fantastic opportunity for a Programmatic Account Manager-or a strong Senior Account Executive ready to step up-who\’s passionate about strategy, performance, and client success.

The Job
As Senior Programmatic Manager, you\’ll take ownership of programmatic campaign delivery across multiple clients and verticals. You\’ll lead on strategy, implementation, and performance analysis-while also managing a Programmatic Account Executive.

This is a client-facing role with plenty of room to make your mark, including opportunities to contribute to new business efforts and shape internal best practices alongside senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead programmatic media activity across key platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon Ads, etc.)

  • Manage day-to-day campaign execution and mentor a junior team member

  • Build strong client relationships and translate business objectives into programmatic strategies

  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop client roadmaps and pitch-winning ideas

  • Analyse performance data and deliver actionable insights

  • Identify account growth opportunities and contribute to media planning

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to help evolve the agency\’s programmatic offering

  • Take part in regular development reviews to map your future growth

You

  • 3-4 years\’ experience in programmatic media, preferably within an agency environment

  • Strong platform knowledge across multiple DSPs

  • Confident in presenting and communicating with clients

  • Experience managing or supporting junior colleagues

  • Organised, detail-oriented, and driven by results

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

  • Passionate about digital innovation and personal development

  • Bonus points for experience in pitching or business development
