Job Description
The Job Mission
We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to support the delivery of operating equipment, specifically valves and fluid handling equipment. This is a hybrid role (2–3 days in the office) involving collaboration with external suppliers and ensuring successful equipment integration into the plant.
Your future team will rely on you for:
- Creating and amending technical specifications for new equipment scopes.
- Performing surveillance and approval of contractor deliverables and design activities.
- Supporting technical and project meetings with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Assisting in resolving multi-disciplinary technical issues, including interface queries and design changes.
- Coordinating technical specialists to review deliverables and resolve concerns.
- Reviewing and providing input on contract amendments and exemptions.
- Liaising with RD and client teams to ensure proper equipment integration.
