As a Production Manager at our fire door manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the production process to ensure efficient and high-quality output. Leading a team of production staff, you will plan, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or woodworking industries, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch fire doors.

Schedule:Full-Time |Monday – Friday

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and workflows to meet customer demands and deadlines.
- Work closely with the management team to establish production targets and goals.
- Optimise production processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as design, engineering, and sales, to ensure smooth production flow.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of raw materials, ensuring their timely availability for production.
- Implement and enforce health and safety guidelines to create a safe working environment.

Requirements
