Salary: £60,000–£70,000 DOE
The Role:
This is a pivotal role for a seasoned Residential Conveyancer looking to take the next step into departmental leadership. You will be managing a team of 7, overseeing the smooth operation of a busy conveyancing department and will play an integral role in business development and strategic growth. Responsibilities include file oversight, compliance monitoring, performance management, and acting as SRO in due course.
The Candidate:
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 8 years’ residential property experience and a proven record of leadership. You must also be able to demonstrate:
- A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory standards
- A clean claims history
- Confidence in managing and mentoring a team
- A proactive approach to business development
- Full driving licence and willingness to travel between office locations
- A following would be advantageous.
