Residential Conveyancer
An experienced Residential Conveyancer is required by a Bournemouth & Poole law firm. The Residential Conveyancer will be responsible for managing a full case load of sales and purchase residential property transactions.
The firm has a strong reputation for providing a quality legal service and employ some very talented and highly motivated solicitors.
The successful Residential Conveyancer will manage a comprehensive case load involving a wide range of property transactions including sales and purchases of leasehold and freehold properties. The role requires liaising with agents, developers, lenders and individual clients on a regular basis.
The Residential Conveyancer will have at least 2 years PQE as a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer and be a confident communicator with good time management.
