Position Overview
As our SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Specialist, you will analyze, design, implement, and optimize business processes within the SAP environment with a strong emphasis on SAP S/4HANA solutions. Working closely with business stakeholders, you\’ll understand their needs, identify improvement opportunities, and develop solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Process Analysis and Design
- Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
- Design and document new or improved business processes that are efficient, effective, and compliant.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP implementations and upgrades.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support
- Configure and customize SAP modules within S/4HANA to support specific business processes.
- Develop and maintain SAP solutions, including ABAP coding, BODS, and BTP integration.
- Support end‑users with SAP‑related issues, providing training and guidance.
Process Optimization and Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Monitor and analyze process performance to identify areas for further optimization.
- Stay current with new SAP technologies and best practices.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other SAP specialists.
- Communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Participate in cross‑functional teams and projects.
Technical Skills & SAP Expertise
- Deep understanding of S/4HANA architecture, modules (SD, MM, FI, PP, etc.), and business processes.
- Strong proficiency in specific SAP modules (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, etc.).
- Experience configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities within SAP S/4HANA.
- 1–4 years of experience with S/4HANA systems.
Business & Soft Skills
- Thorough understanding of relevant business processes and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information clearly.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time.
- High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience creating training materials and conducting training sessions.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in information technology, computer science, or business administration preferred (or equivalent SAP system knowledge).
- SAP certifications in relevant modules are preferred.
