Private Client Lawyer – With a heritage spanning over 250 years, our client is a leading provider of legal services across Dorset and the Southwest. They now seek a senior Private Client lawyer, either Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their team.
About the Role
You will be joining a specialist team with an outstanding reputation in providing sound legal knowledge to their clients. You will be managing a busy caseload, advising mid to high net worth clients on complex wills, estate administration, tax planning, COP, probate, LPA’s, elderly client work. Experience of creating and administering trusts would be highly advantageous.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4+ years PQE and have a broad range of private client experience. A willingness to actively engage in business development is essential. You will also be expected to uphold the firm’s excellent reputation and have the ability to relate to clients of all levels, demonstrating excellent levels of client care.
