The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
To act as assessment co-ordinator for Medical division within CHFT. Supporting the division in maintaining and supporting the clinical assessment service. Working closely with Clinicians, Secretaries, Managers and admin staff, to enable patient pathways to be dealt with in a timely manner and to be the point for contact for divisional service users., A position has become available to support the team in Medicine to maintain a clinical assessment service (CAS). The CAS will enable General Practitioners to book patients onto a virtual clinic so they can be clinically assessed/triaged by a clinician allowing diagnostics/appointments to be ordered. Key responsibilities will be to ensure that the CAS is kept up to date and undertaking any admin duties related to this. The post holder will be the first point of contact for the clinical team, GP surgeries and patients and should be fully conversant with elements of the E-referral system. In addition to this the post holder may be required to support the services with general administration duties where necessary., Please see attached Job Description and Person Specification for further information and details on duties.
The post holder should be available to work cross site where necessary in accordance with the role.
This role will include working from home.
