With a strong reputation and a loyal client base spanning restaurants, hotels, bars, trade events, and the wine industry, this agency offers an exciting opportunity for a talented Account Manager to join their team.

About the Role
As an Account Manager, you\’ll lead day-to-day PR campaigns, cultivate strong media relationships, and play a key role in shaping the public narrative for some of the most exciting names in the hospitality and F&B world.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day public relations activities for clients across hospitality, food, and drink.
- Build and nurture relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers.
- Write engaging press releases, feature pitches, and support the digital manager with social content.
- Plan and coordinate media events, venue launches, and public-facing activations.
- Contribute to new business pitches and help shape client presentations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years’ PR experience within the hospitality, food, and drink sectors.
- A proven ability to secure impactful media coverage in trade and consumer publications.
- Strong existing relationships with food, drink, and lifestyle media.
- Experience supporting or leading social media campaigns for hospitality or F&B brands.
- In-depth understanding of the UK hospitality landscape, particularly in London.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to manage various client needs simultaneously.
- A passion for storytelling, creative thinking, and strategic problem-solving.
- A love for food and a solid knowledge of wine.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with influencer marketing and digital PR strategies.
- An understanding of restaurant or hotel operations and seasonal trends in the industry.
