We are currently partnering with a reputable Housing Association based in Somerset, who are recruiting for a Compliance & Building Safety Supervisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis. This is a full-time position with a salary of £47,754 per annum and the start date is subject to notice. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Managing a team covering all areas of Property Compliance (The Big 6) and Building Safety Ensuring that compliance surveys are undertaken within allotted timescales, using third party contractors as required Developing and implementing compliance programmes, ensuring regulatory requirements are met Ensuring all compliance data is accurate and robust Carrying out performance management and personal development with the wider team Planning an FRA programme, and implementing remedial works as required Producing a monthly compliance report for stakeholders that include contractor updates Auditing all areas of the \’Big 6’ Managing the HA’s building safety process, including the recording of golden thread Requirements: Experience in Housing Experience of Property Compliance Recent knowledge of Building Safety/ The Building Safety Act Understanding of compliance programmes of work Ideally a NEBOSH/ IOSH/ Equivalent …
