Hybrid role, based in Lincoln (3 days office, 2 days home working), with travel across the EMEA region.

RFMW and Braemac, part of the Exponential Technology Group (XTG), operate within the electronics and technology sectors. RFMW specialises in the distribution of RF, microwave, and power components, while Braemac offers a wider range of services, including electronic component distribution and design-to-manufacture solutions. Together, we serve the global electronics market, driving innovation and excellence.

As part of a newly formed global team, you will play a pivotal role in building robust processes that support our diverse operations from field sales teams to warehouses and offices. We are looking for a Quality & Compliance Business Partner to take the lead in shaping and enhancing our Quality, Compliance, and Health & Safety practices across the EMEA region, working with regional stakeholders and in synergy with our global quality and compliance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and improve Quality, Compliance, and H&S strategies for the region.
  • Maintain and evolve the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Lead internal audits and ISO recertification efforts (9001, 13485, 14001).
  • Develop and deliver training programs to embed new processes.
  • Drive customer and supplier compliance, ensuring high-quality standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality and safety across all teams.
  • Travel across the region as needed to support operations.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a senior quality, compliance, or H&S role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards and health & safety regulations.
  • Ability to develop and deliver training programs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel across the region.
