Tudor Employment Agency are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administrator to work for our prestigious client based in Cannock. Duties will include: * Managing data in spreadsheets and reports * Keeping records and reports up to date * Carrying out general administrative duties to include answering phones * Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face * Dealing with customer complaints The ideal candidate: * IT literate to include Microsoft Word & Excel * Familiar with customer relations input systems – complaints and enquiries * Experience within Finance to include purchase orders * Experience dealing with customers over the phone and face to face Hours of Work: Part Time (20-25hrs per week) 9am start Rate of Pay: £12.60phr
