Job Description

Position: Quantity Surveyor    \\nLocation: Reading \\nSalary: Up to £75,000 per annum + package (all levels considered) \\n  \\nWe're supporting a leading consultancy on a brand-new opportunity to work client-side on major infrastructure programmes within the water industry. \\n  \\nThis is a fantastic chance to join a long-term programme that offers both stability and the opportunity to work on critical infrastructure, with scope for career development and growth across all levels – whether you're an Assistant QS ready for the next step, or a seasoned Senior QS looking for a fresh challenge. \\n  \\nWhat's on offer: \\n·Permanent role via a well-regarded consultancy \\n·Working client-side on a major UK water industry framework \\n·Hybrid working – with three days per week based at the client's office in Reading \\n·Salary flexible based on experience – circa £40,000 to £70,000, with potential to flex up to £75,000 \\n·Car allowance included \\nIdeal background: \\n·Water sector experience is essential – doesn't need to be extensive, but some exposure is required \\n·Open on level – from Assistant QS through to Senior QS \\n·Preferably from a consultancy background, though candidates from contractor backgrounds will also be considered \\n·NEC contract experience is a nice to have, but not essential \\n·Must have some contract administration or contract management experience \\n  \\nPlease note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
