Job Description

An established and rapidly expanding specialist consultancy operating across the UK and internationally is seeking an Administrator to join its small, close-knit office team.\\n\\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised administrator with strong attention to detail to develop a career within a regulated technical environment.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nYou will support a mobile site-based technical team by ensuring accurate document control, reporting quality, and smooth administrative operations. Full training will be provided.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nCompiling evidence packs and managing document control systems\\nProofreading technical reports and ensuring accuracy and compliance\\nManaging and issuing onsite documentation\\nProducing and issuing quotations, reports and controlled documents\\nQuality checking all outgoing documentation\\nMaintaining organised filing systems (digital and physical)\\nGeneral office administration and team support \\n\\nAbout You\\n\\nEssential:\\n\\nA full clean UK Driving License\\nExcellent computer skills (Microsoft Office / document management)\\nPrevious office administration experience\\nExceptional attention to detail and accuracy\\nStrong spelling, grammar and written communication skills\\nConfident communicator\\nHighly organised and efficient\\nFlexible, proactive and willing to support across multiple tasks \\n\\nDesirable (not essential):\\n\\nExperience in construction, engineering, compliance or quality environments\\nFamiliarity with technical documentation or controlled documentsYou will thrive in a small team environment where everyone takes a hands-on approach and supports each other.\\n\\nIf you have the required experience, please apply and submit your updated CV.\\n\\nUnfortunately, due to the volume of applications we are unable to respond to each one.
