The company are a well-established contractor who\’s in house design team support their various infrastructure sectors in the design of a diverse range of temporary works design covering a variety of projects through from to small up to high profile multimillion pound schemes.

Role & Responsibilities
The role would ideally suit a chartered or near chartered Senior level design engineer with experience within temporary works design. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where you will be managing multiple projects, mentoring more junior engineers and managing client relationships.
A background in permanent works design can also be considered for this role.
The role covers the design of both above and below ground temporary works and candidates from various backgrounds can be considered. Eg. civil, structural and geotechnical.
Requirements
BEng/MSc (or equivalent) Civil/Structural/Geotechnical Engineering
Chartered or near chartered member of ICE/IStructE
Minimum 5 years\’ experience within temporary works design
Excellent communication
Ambitious with a drive to succeed and be part of a successful team
Ability to design and manage multiple projects without supervision
