As the LeadTechnical Services Manager, you will have the chance to play a pivotal role in the delivery of one of the largest data center facilities in London, reporting directly to the Project Director and taking charge of the MEPscope from pre-construction through to completion, with a team of expeirenced Technical Services Managers reporting into you. This role demands a collaborative, hands-on approach, as you will be responsible for leading a large, multi-disciplinary team and providing comprehensive professional advice on building services, identifying and mitigating risks, and uncovering opportunities to optimize the wider project. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders, team members, and subcontractors will be crucial to achieving the common goals of this high-profile endeavor, which carries a 100 million MEP package for the data center.
This is an operational and delivery-focused position that requires exceptional people management and subcontractor coordination skills, as you will lead the MEP design and integration with the CSA elements at every stage of construction, from initial planning through to commissioning and handover.
