Main purpose of the role:
Simmons Adaptive are looking for an experienced funds lawyer to support one of our financial institution clients in London. This role advises on a broad range of funds products.
Person specification:
- You are a qualified lawyer with funds experience.
- Previous experience with private equity funds is essential.
- You will have experience in fund structuring, distribution and offering documentation.
- You will ideally have good working knowledge of ESG regulations.
- You will have strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate complex analysis in a clear and concise manner.
- You are able to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- You can work autonomously but can also collaborate as part of the wider team.
- You will be required to hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
