As an Education Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of educational programs and services. From maintaining accurate records to managing key systems and supporting staff, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to improve learners’ prospects and outcomes., * Manage daily tasks like filing, photocopying, maintaining records, ordering supplies, and preparing documentation for tutors and learners.

Maintain accurate learner records using systems such as Nomis, Curious, and Nexus. Track attendance, learner progress, and qualification claims.

Support exams and qualifications by liaising with tutors and exam boards, tracking results, and invigilating as needed.

Provide tutors and trainers with required materials and assist in preparing class resources.

Ensure accurate and timely updates in key systems, including VC2, LRS, and Curious, to manage learner records and access prior qualifications .

Essential Skills & Experience :
Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally within education or a secure environment.

Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a busy workload.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Desirable :
Familiarity with prison management systems such as Nomis, Curious, Nexus, and VC2.

Experience in managing learner qualifications and exams processes.

Knowledge of the Virtual Campus and learner logins.

Full-Time Role : 38.5 hours per week.

Part-Time Role : 0.4 working week (2 days per week, Thursday & Friday).
