Residential Property Lawyer – Our client is one of London’s most prestigious and oldest law firms, dating back over 200 years. They now have an exciting opportunity for a property lawyer, either Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 solid years case handling experience.

About the Role
You will be joining a busy and experienced team where you will be expected to manage your own full and varied caseload of property matters without supervision. You will be working closely with a the team whilst managing key clients and advising on the buying and selling of houses, flats and new builds, buy to let, auction purchases and sales, lease extensions, mortgages and right to manage.

Candidate Requirements
They are seeking an ambitious, hands-on individual who can use their own initiative and who has problem-solving skills to complete tasks set to them and to get the job done, however, is happy to ask sensible questions when faced with an unfamiliar challenge.
