Commercial Property Solicitor (Newly Qualified), South Wales, £50,000+ (DOE) – Are you a newly qualified solicitor with a passion for property law? Are you ready to take the next step in your legal career within a supportive and dynamic team? JOB REF:9929.

THE ROLE:
• You’ll manage a varied caseload of property matters, including: Sales and purchases, Transfers of equity, Refinances, Landlord and tenant issues and Easements
• Prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
• Deliver an exceptional standard of client care
• Apply technical knowledge to a broad range of property transactions
• Play a key role in business development and cross-referrals
• Supervise and delegate tasks to trainees and paralegals

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• You are a newly qualified solicitor with experience in residential or commercial conveyancing
• You have a strong academic background and are ambitious to develop a career in agricultural and rural law
• You’re excited by the opportunity to handle high-quality work for high-net-worth clients
