GSL Education is looking for committed Teaching Assistant to work in an outstanding school in Spalding .

Responsibilities of a Teaching Assistant:
- Support the class teacher with planning, delivering, and evaluating learning activities.
- Provide 1:1 and group support to pupils, especially those with additional learning needs.
- Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Support students’ academic progress, behaviour, and emotional development.
- Help prepare and organise classroom materials and displays.
- Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and external professionals.
Requirements for a Teaching Assistant:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting is desirable.
- A genuine passion for supporting children\’s learning and development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to different learning needs and styles.
- A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children.
