Level 3 Autism Trained Teaching Assistant – Full-Time Temp to Perm
Location: Royston, Hertfordshire.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Aspire People is currently recruiting for someone who has been trained within Autism at Level 3 to support the team as a Teaching Assistant. The team are supportive and inclusive. This is a full-time, temp-to-perm opportunity with excellent training and development options available once permanent.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in childcare or education settings, who is passionate about supporting children-particularly those with special educational needs (SEN). You do not need extensive SEN experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn.

Role Overview:
Provide support for pupils with learning difficulties and sensory needs

Work closely with teaching staff and SENCOs to deliver tailored support

Assist with developing and delivering IEPs (Individual Education Plans)

Use engaging techniques such as LEGO Therapy to support pupil development

Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
