Job Title: Highways SHE Advisor Salary: £50,000 Location: Winchester The SHE Advisor will play a critical role in supporting the development and implementation of the company\’s Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) strategic plan. Key responsibilities include: – Ensuring that safety management systems meet both internal standards and external legal requirements. – Promoting a culture of safety and collaboration across all projects, ensuring that all individuals impacted by the company\’s work are protected. – Supporting the continuous improvement of safety processes and people development. – Providing expert advice on SHE legal obligations and industry best practices.
