Freshminds has partnered with a growing transformation consultancy to find a strategic and delivery-focused Manager to support clients across sectors in shaping and delivering high-impact change programmes.
This is a client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in complex environments and enjoys working across strategy, transformation, and performance improvement. You\’ll work directly with senior stakeholders and delivery teams, while also contributing to internal proposition development and team capability.
What you\’ll be doing:
- Leading transformation and planning programmes across sectors such as financial services, retail, and government
- Supporting clients in designing and delivering strategic change initiatives
- Coaching teams to embed more effective and sustainable ways of working
Requirements:
- 4+ years\’ experience in consulting, with exposure to transformation or strategic delivery
- Proven ability to manage complex programmes and build strong client relationships
- Strong facilitation, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Collaborative, delivery-focused, fast-paced and commercially aware approach
