What you’ll be doing
We’re looking for a Senior Analyst to join our mighty Data Analytics team. You\’ll use data as your compass to guide and challenge, unlocking insights that help us truly understand our customers, products, and services. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’ll shape smart strategies that supercharge our performance and customer experiences.
You’ll also:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for analytics initiatives and translate business needs into data-driven projects
• Manage high-impact analytics initiatives with support from the Analytics Manager and Lead Analyst on large or more complex projects
• Build, develop and refine statistical and predictive models to better understand customer behaviour and optimise business outcomes
• Tell compelling stories with data to influence decisions and inspire change
• Conduct peer reviews and contribute to a culture of analytical excellence
• Share knowledge and innovative thinking to fuel a collaborative and agile team culture

What we’re looking for

• A strong grasp of analytical and statistical methods
• Experience building and validating models that drive actionable business insights
• Excellent communication skills – translating complex data into clear, actionable insight for any audience
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Strong data visualisation skills and a love for storytelling with numbers
• A collaborative mindset and passion for knowledge sharing
• Experience applying agile, data-led approaches like test-and-learn
• Willingness to engage with the wider Data team and leverage its full capabilities
