Role Summary
This role is perfect for a logical, process-driven individual who thrives on solving complex problems in high-growth environments. As Customer Success Manager, you\’ll support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing adoption. You will work with finance and operations teams using ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP, and Dynamics, helping them extract full value from the platforms features and automation tools. The role is hands-on and ideal for someone looking to join an ambitious, early-stage team where structure is being built as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and implementation for clients integrating with ERP platforms
- Act as a product expert, advising clients on automation for receivables, cash flow, reconciliation, and payment operations
- Analyse client workflows and apply logical thinking to deliver tailored solutions
- Build strong customer relationships through regular check-ins, training, and performance reviews
- Monitor client health metrics and proactively address risks to adoption or renewal
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, support) to advocate for customer needs
- Contribute to building scalable CS playbooks, best practices, and internal documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience & Expertise
- STEM degree from a Russell Group university (e.g. Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, AI)
- 3+ years in a customer-facing SaaS role, preferably within fintech or financial automation
- Exposure to ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) either through prior employers or customer base
- Strong understanding of finance-related workflows such as AR, AP, invoicing, or reconciliation
- Experience working for or with fintech platforms that integrate with ERPs
