Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal
Location: Remote (Following initial training) | Linked to offices in Manchester and Bristol
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal looking to join a collaborative and fast-paced legal services team? TSR Legal are proud to be working with a leading regional practice who are now expanding their team and are looking for motivated professionals who thrive in a remote, tech-enabled environment and are ready to hit the ground running.
About the Role
You’ll manage your own caseload of Wills and Estate Planning matters in a high-volume, client-focused setting. The successful candidate will be confident working independently, while benefiting from a supportive team and ongoing bespoke training. This is not an entry-level position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling your own caseload of approximately 300 client files, with 100+ active at any given time
- Drafting a wide range of wills using the latest techniques and IT systems
- Providing remote client support, including guidance on witnessing requirements
- Keeping accurate, up-to-date records using case management systems
- Staying current with legal developments through tailored learning and development opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 6 months’ experience managing your own will writing caseload
- Strong technical knowledge of different will types and drafting techniques
- Comfortable using modern IT systems and case management software
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently following initial training
Please note: Experience gained during education or in an assistant/support role will not meet the criteria for this position.
Location & Flexibility
After the initial training period, this role is fully remote. You’ll be linked to one of the firms office locations in Sheffield, Manchester, or Bristol. The firm are particularly keen to hear from candidates based near Bristol or with local area knowledge, though applications from other regions are welcome.

All training is bespoke and based on team requirements and your existing qualifications. Continuous development and technical support are built into your role.
