The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.

We are seeking a full-time EA to a Dr/Dermatologist, Social Media Influencer & Business Owner, to support in an 80/20 business and private capacity respectively.

Initially based 2-3 days a week from the Founder’s home in West London and remote, with core hours from 8 am to 5/6 pm, you will be a true right hand EA, and play a crucial, involved role in the launch and growth of the Founder’s 2nd (beauty) business.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Typical EA duties (such as diary, communications, and admin support).
  2. Assistance with marketing, social media, the website, operations, and any other ad hoc tasks to support the growth of the business.
  3. Some private duties, helping the client to move home and coordinating house works.

The client is seeking an efficient self-starter with previous business and private EA experience, ideally within the beauty or retail industry. Startup, Marketing and PR experience is also highly desirable.

You must have a driving licence and your own car for this EA position.
