We are seeking a dynamic and discreet EA for the Co-Founders of a rapid growth, environmentally friendly tech startup.
Usually based 3-4 days a week from the Head Office in East London (with circa 150 staff) and the remainder remote around the Principals’ and business needs, as EA you will be supporting in a 50/50 business and private capacity, working closely with and communicating through a Chief of Staff.
On the business side, EA responsibilities will include complex diary management, global travel arrangement, preparing Board packs and agendas, note taking, creating and following up on action points, assisting with events and providing general admin support.
Private EA duties will include booking appointments, household tasks, running general errands, assisting with a house build in liaison with an architect and helping with the planning of the Principals\’ forthcoming wedding, so a really nice broad role.
Previous HNW/high profile support experience in a business and private capacity is required. The EA role would suit someone who thrives in a fast paced, intense working environment, who is good at anticipating needs and being one step ahead, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
