Job Description:
A marketing leading, mid-sized national consultancy is currently looking for a Senior Surveyor or Associate level to join their Industrial & Logistics team. The role within this highly regarded team will focus on providing investment and development advice to a range of clients. The team works with clients including REITs, Property Companies, HNWIs, Developers, Institutional Funds, and occupiers/tenants. They provide a full range of agency, development, investment, and lease advisory services, primarily in London and the South East of England.
Responsibilities:
- Assist and manage the sales process, including reporting, brochure design, pre-sale due diligence, attending inspections with prospective investors, and negotiations.
- Assist the team on investment and development matters.
- Prepare and maintain an up-to-date comparable evidence schedule.
- Attend and assist with the preparation of meetings.
- Conduct research to support winning new business and opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- RICS Qualified
- Proficient in Excel and Argus Investment and Developer
- Strong property knowledge, including development, lease advisory, and valuation
