- Understand website conversion funnels & analytics and be able to articulate website content production against the context of these metrics.
- Create, maintain and optimize all web experiences for DTC eCommerce, including managing landing pages, imagery and merchandising content.
- Manage daily publishing operations for DTC eCommerce and related websites ensuring projects adhere to timelines using project management tools (Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, etc).
- Execute best practices as pertains to SEO requirements, ADA compliance, UX, and digital merchandising when creating or modifying website content.
- Document and streamline web production processes to increase efficiency and accuracy and own the creation and execution of new visual asset workflows.
- Assist with A/B testing strategy for all assigned webpages in partnership with eCommerce Manager and apply findings to achieve KPI goals.
- Identify opportunities for site content enhancements, bug fixes, UX design and fixes end to end.
- Track content performance through reporting, monitoring KPIs / analytics using Google Analytics, Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Quantum Metric generating web traffic reports for site recommendations and enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, merchandising, or business-related field or extensive experience in online merchandising, marketing, or eCommerce for a top-tier direct-to-consumer brand.
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience for website content management (Page Builder, etc).
- Expert knowledge of eCommerce platform interfaces and content management systems (preferably Salesforce).
- Well-versed in full Adobe suite with experience creating enhanced visual assets & basic HTML coding skills.
- Well-versed in full Microsoft suite, website analytics, and proficient in analyzing data for eCommerce decision making.
- Creative, critical thinking, and intuitive problem-solving skills.
- Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
