The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Expatriate Tax Manager to join our UK & Ireland Integrated Mobility team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in advising clients on international mobility, managing global tax projects, and delivering exceptional client service.
You will own a portfolio of clients with inbound expatriates to the UK and UK outbounds, ensuring seamless tax compliance and strategic advisory services. You’ll also collaborate with specialists across personal tax, employment tax, immigration, and rewards to deliver comprehensive solutions. If you’re a strategic thinker, problem-solver, and relationship builder, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of inbound and outbound expatriate tax clients.
- Provide expert guidance on international tax compliance, advisory, and mobility strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Lead the delivery of high-quality mobility tax projects, ensuring technical excellence.
- Collaborate across EY’s service lines and global teams to identify new mobility opportunities.
- Proactively drive business development, identifying opportunities for growth.
- Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members, shaping the future of the practice.
- Stay ahead of regulatory and technological developments, helping to innovate our services.
About You:
