The Senior Data Management Practice Analyst is responsible for ensuring all CtM projects or proposed changes have met our Data Management requirements covering Data Privacy, Governance, Security, Quality, and Ethics. This role ensures projects are executed in line with strategic objectives & adhere to agreed CtM policies, standards & procedures. The Senior Data Management Practice Analyst must excel in communication, problem-solving, attention to detail, working independently, and effective stakeholder management and collaboration. This role reports into the Senior Manager – Data Risk.

Some of the great things you’ll be doing:
• Collaborate with and support project leads in ensuring that Data Management requirements are accurately documented in the Data Management Assessment (DMA) within JIRA and completed before projects go live.
• Keep the DMA aligned with current practices, policies, standards, and business data needs, while proactively identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities.
• Escalate data related Risks or Issues to the Data Risk team, and communicate agreed remedial actions to project leads to ensure timely resolution.
• Facilitate the approvals of projects and workstreams through appropriate senior stakeholders, ensuring effective governance and traceability of decisions.
• Ensure projects involving AI technologies meet model governance standards by coordinating AIDA submissions and approvals (Model Brief and Licence to Operate).
• Support the Data Privacy team by issuing and monitoring OneTrust assessments (e.g., PIA, DPIA, LIA,ROPA), and ensuring timely completion.

• Excellent stakeholder management & collaboration skills.
• Excellent time management skills and being able to prioritise workload.
• Experience in supporting project governance, including coordinating approvals, maintaining traceability, and ensuring compliance
• Experience in using JIRA, Confluence & OneTrust is ideal but not essential as full training will be provided.
• A basic understanding of GDPR & DPA practices
