Title: Security Resilience & Business Continuity Manager
Function: EHS, Facilities & Security
Location: Harlow, Glenrothes, Broughton, or any of the Raytheon UK sites (Hybrid).
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Full time 37 hours
Travel: Frequent travel to UK sites as and when required.

About the role:
This role involves leading efforts in security resilience, compliance, risk management, and operational continuity to safeguard business operations and respond to disruptions effectively.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Security Compliance: Develop and maintain compliance frameworks, conduct audits, collaborate across teams, and monitor regulatory updates.
- Business Continuity & Resilience: Develop BC/DR plans, conduct BIAs, lead exercises, manage incident response, and oversee risk mitigation.
- Policy & Governance: Create policies, promote compliance culture through training.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as contact for auditors, regulators, communicate with stakeholders, and deputise for the Senior Security Manager.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Security Management, Business Continuity, or Risk Management.
- Leadership experience and familiarity with resilience disciplines.
- Experience with large infrastructure projects, incident management, compliance tools, and ISO 22301 accreditation.
- Diploma in Security Management (NVQ Level 5) or higher, with background in MoD/Military security or related fields.
