We are looking for a Transaction Manager to join our team at our Ford dealership in Bradford.

We are looking for ambitious and driven individuals who arepassionate in providing world-class customer service. This role comes with acompetitive basic salary with a very easily achievable OTEof£53,000per annum.

About You
We are looking for someone who is able to listen to thecustomer’s needs and been able to adapt your skills and knowledge to suit thecustomer individually. As a Transaction Manager you will have to be confidentworking to targets and deadlines and been able to maximise every opportunity.
You need to be able to demonstrate a highly developed salesability together with an outstanding commitment to customer care, withexperience of F&I, deal stacking, 2nd facing, coaching and development ofthe team and providing assistance to the Sales Manager.
Motor Trade experience is required to apply, either at aSenior Sales Executive position or from a Sales Manager/Business Manager level.
Main Purpose of Job Role
- Managingand developing all new and used vehicle sales enquiries
- Managingand developing the Finance and Insurance sales through new and usedvehicle sales
- Maximisingthe sales and profitability of vehicles and associated products throughthe effective implementation of the D. M. Keith Way
- Maximisingthe profitable sales of eligible finance and insurance products in linewith F.C.A. compliance
- Toensure that all departmental processes and sales team members comply fullywith F.C.A. Regulations
- Tocarry out a self audit on a monthly basis
- Tocontribute to the development of plans, policies and procedures asrequired ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in atimely manner.
- To be fully conversant and compliant with allSales Department procedures.

- Working hours that are 5 days per week on a rota basis thatcovers between 8.30am – 6.30pm, Saturdays 8.30am – 5.00pm and 10.30am – 4.00pmon Sunday.

Working hours:
We believe our working hours are class leading. You willwork 5 days per week, an average of 41.5 hours per week.
