Role Details
- Location: Sevenoaks or within the TN15 postcode.
- Employment: Full Time, 40 hours per week (includes weekend, evening and bank holiday work).
- Salary: £38,800 – £42,950 (dependent on experience) plus a guaranteed £3,000 bonus in the first year.

About the Role
At HomeServe we put the customers\’ experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in customers\’ homes, providing industry‑leading service that helps enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.
What You Must Have
- Level 2 in Plumbing (certificates required).
- 1st and 2nd‑fix plumbing experience.
- Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
- Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proactive, \”can‑do\” attitude.
- Attention to detail and strong problem‑solving skills.
Training & Support
- Week 1: Attendance at our Head Office in Walsall (Monday to Friday) covering HomeServe, health and safety, and tools & equipment.
- Week 2: Budding up with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
- Where geographically appropriate, accommodation and meal allowance for induction.
