Are you an ambitious Corporate Solicitor looking for a change? Are you seeking an opportunity to join a leading Corporate team that offers exposure to a wide variety of corporate transactions—both national and international?
We are currently working with a global law firm expanding its Corporate team in Scotland. Ideal candidates will have experience in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions (national and international). Knowledge of Private Equity is advantageous but not required.
The firm advises on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, joint ventures, and investor relations. The team handles a variety of cross-border legal work. To be considered, you should have at least 5 years PQE and a solid corporate legal background.
