- Ensure all interfaces meet accessibility (WCAG) and inclusive design principles.
- Collaborate with engineers, researchers, and product managers to ship impactful experiences.
- Create motion prototypes using tools like Principle, After Effects, or Lottie.
- Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and influence product direction.
- Mentor designers on visual craft, motion design, and system thinking.
What we are looking for:
- A detail-obsessed visual designer with expert knowledge of layout, colour, typography, and hierarchy.
- A strong sense of interaction and motion design that supports clarity and user feedback.
- Solid experience in UI or product design for mobile-first digital products.
- Deep proficiency in Figma, including prototyping, design systems, and component libraries.
- Solid experience designing within both iOS and Android ecosystems.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing elegant UI, micro-interactions, and motion design.
- Passion for accessibility, performance, and creating inclusive, global experiences.
