About The Role
The presentations team covers marketing collateral such as standardised and bespoke product and strategy pitchbooks. The Senior Presentations Manager, Seismic, supports the Marketing team to deliver high-quality marketing collateral for business development and client service. This role also involves maintaining data to ensure collateral and messaging are current and competitive. The candidate should be an excellent communicator (written and verbal) capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines, with support from central resources in design, compliance, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Posting and monitoring sales collateral on the Seismic sales portal.
- Maintaining marketing and sales content on Seismic and public websites.
- Supporting the publication of marketing materials, templates, and tools.
- Collaborating with data teams to ensure product data availability and automation.
- Backing up team members as needed.
- Working with Product Marketing Leaders across asset classes.
- Guiding and educating the business on content production.
- Coordinating translations of reports for Seismic.
- Driving automation and standardization of presentations.
About The Candidate
- Experience with Seismic and HTML.
- Financial industry marketing experience preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong conceptual and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to analyze complex issues and manage multiple deliverables.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Relationship-building skills across organizational groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
