Heathrow

Are you an experienced HVAC Engineer looking for a long-term opportunity with a growing company?

Our client is a well-established building services company with decades of success delivering installation, maintenance, and support across a range of commercial and residential environments. With a strong presence at Heathrow and an experienced team on the ground, they pride themselves on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with clients. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced HVAC Engineer to join their Heathrow-based team.
Working as part of a team of on-site engineers, you'll be responsible for reactive maintenance, fault finding, and replacing HVAC/AC components in a commercial airport setting. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge and a proactive mindset. You'll have the opportunity to take on overtime, grow your skillset through supported training, and progress within a stable and expanding organisation.
Our client is looking for someone with strong, practical HVAC experience in commercial environments – someone who's confident working independently on tools. Certifications are not essential if you've got the experience. Skills in welding or BMS systems are a bonus, but not required. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow with the business.
The Role:
- Reactive maintenance and fault finding on HVAC/AC systems
- Replacement of failed parts and pipework in a commercial setting
- Static site role based at Heathrow Airport
- Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm with overtime available
- Opportunities for training and technical development
The Person:
- Experienced HVAC Engineer with commercial background
- Comfortable working hands-on and independently
- Welding or BMS knowledge is a bonus (not essential)
- Based within 12-25 miles of Heathrow
- Positive, reliable, and looking for long-term stability
