About us
CFO Insights is Northern Europe’s largest CFO forum, aiming to connect and develop CFOs, finance leaders, and future innovators by addressing the issues of the future CFO. We connect over 11,000 professionals across more than 15 countries.
Part of United Media, we focus on building large-scale industry media and conference products in sectors such as insurance, HR, private equity, and retail. To date, we have launched 8 media companies organically and acquired one.
The Opportunity
As an MBA Graduate, you will oversee all aspects of CFO Insights, building and leading a world-class team to execute our conference and brand strategy successfully.
You should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, be highly ambitious, forward-thinking, and driven to inspire your team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and aim to scale the company rapidly, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, build, and develop a high-performing team.
- Create an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products.
- Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing feedback and evaluations.
- Implement strategies swiftly and effectively.
- Develop the company’s brand as a hub for inspiration, knowledge, and networking.
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within timelines and budgets.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and collaborate on new client acquisitions.

Requirements
- +4 years’ experience in a fast-paced environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up.
- Bachelor’s degree with outstanding results, possibly followed by an MBA.
- Strong commercial awareness and business passion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- UK, EU, or US work permit.
