Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer – Leicestershire – 40-45K
I am currently representing an excellent HVAC & Mechanical specialist who are currently on the lookout for a mobile commercial gas engineer to join a growing team within the East Midland region due to growth. They have been established for over 45 years and work across prestigious MOD & MOJ contracts across the East Midlands. You will be joining a established team within the Leicestershire/ East Midlands carrying out reactive and breakdown works to commercial gas appliances and HVAC systems across their MOJ Contract. The company operates across the East Midlands and the ideal candidate would have to have their up to date commercial & domestic gas elements and if they are dual skilled i.e. FGAS or electrical this is an added bonus.
THE JOB
Monday – Friday – 40-hour weeks
8 hours in the hours of 08.00 – 16.30 some sites allowing earlier access for earlier finish times.
• Working across on the MOD & MOJ Contracts.
• Mobile Commercial gas Engineer covering the Leicestershire/ East Midlands area
• Carrying out Service, Maintenance & Breakdown to Commercial Boilers, plant and HVAC systems. Company are happy to help provide any additional training needed for extra commercial tickets.
• Candidate needs a clean DBS & Enhanced checks and happy working within a prison setting.
SALARY & PACKAGE:
- 40-45K – paid weekly
- Annual bonuses
- Company Vehicle & Fuel Card (can be used privately)
- Phone, Tablet, PPE, uniform, tools etc.
- Company pension scheme (3% from client)
- Death in service schemes
- Enhanced sick pay.
- Travel time paid after 30 minutes EW (if travel is within half an hour to site this is paid)
- Lots of overtime at enhanced rates and day in lieu for bank holidays with overtime.
- 25 days holiday + bank
- Call out rota around 1 in 6 weeks.
