We\’re recruiting on behalf of a leading food producer in West Tyrone, seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their high-performing team. Responsibilities
As an integral part of the engineering team, you will:
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance to minimise production downtime.
- Lead and support machinery and equipment installations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic faults.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor apprentices and collaborate across departments to deliver technical solutions.
Criteria
- Time-served with NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years\’ post-apprenticeship experience in a maintenance role.
- Strong knowledge of single/3-phase systems, PLCs, and control gear.
- Skilled in fault diagnosis across electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
