Job Description:
In this role you will provide and continually improve tools to support and enhance the function and efficiency of the engineering and design groups.
What you will be doing:
- Perform Analysis and optimisation of structures and assemblies
- Supervise and guide other FEA Engineers
- Develop and enhance tools to optimise FEA as required under the guidance of the Lead CAE engineer
- Create and maintain databases to support the FEA engineering functions

- A degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering) or similar
- Extensive experience in F1 or other motorsport industries
- Experience of FEA
- Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc)
- Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
