Our client is seeking a skilled and driven Furniture Upholsterer to join their Production team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work with a variety of materials. You’ll play a key role in ensuring each piece meets the highest standards of quality and design specifications while adhering to production schedules.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Upholster wooden furniture with precision using a range of textiles and leather.

• Fit table layouts and expertly handle vinyl rolls or leather skins.

• Develop and use cutting patterns/templates, accounting for material flexibility.

• Operate sewing machines to accurately join fabric pieces.

• Utilise hand tools such as pneumatic staplers, cutting knives, scissors, and screw guns.

• Work to detailed customer-approved drawings and works orders.

• Resolve queries and actively support the upholstery section.

• Assist other areas of production as needed.

• Deliver consistent, top-quality results while meeting deadlines.
