Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major highways project south of Coventry. This is a key role where you\’ll ensure the project meets financial, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to QHSE procedures and quality plans.
  2. Project Organization: Define the project structure and manage the team.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local regulations and manage associated risks.
  4. Contract Management: Oversee contract policies, meetings, and claim drafting.
  5. Financial Management: Manage invoicing, reporting, and cost control.
  6. Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the project schedule.
  7. Client Relations: Act as the company\’s representative with clients.

Profile:

  1. Bachelor\’s degree with 4-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in highways.
  2. Proficient in AutoCAD, GPS systems, total station, and laser/dumpy level checks.
  3. Own laptop with AutoCAD required.
