We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer with a mechanical background to manage and deliver capital projects, from inception through design, construction, installation, commissioning, to handover. The role requires ensuring key deliverables of cost, time, and performance are met.

Responsibilities
- Lead various projects within a manufacturing environment
- Manage internal and external resources for effective project delivery
- Develop strong relationships within the project team and stakeholders through effective communication and leadership
- Manage, control, and deliver on project key milestones through thorough planning and execution
- Contribute technically by developing concepts into detailed specifications, creating mechanical drawings, tender analysis, design review, commissioning, and handover
- Support safe site operations using industry-standard risk assessment techniques and safe work permits
Qualifications
- Recognized Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
- Project engineering experience in manufacturing or process environments
- Experience with design and specification of industrial chemical processes or similar
- Proficiency in AUTOCAD or Inventor CAD
- Experience with ATEX & commissioning is advantageous
- Knowledge of risk assessment techniques such as HAZOP, FMEA
Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
