NAVBLUE, an Airbus Company, is currently seeking a Production Manager in the Aerodata Department. They will be responsible for managing, motivating and developing a team of Analysts in the Obstacles, N-FP and Minima teams (Enhanced Data) to ensure the aeronautical data is maintained and developed to support the NAVBLUE business. They will communicate company goals and make sure an effective, efficient & quality service is provided and ensure all specifications and quality standards are met on time and in full.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure production cycle activities are completed on time to the required standard by organizing and delegating activities and report these updates to the HO Aerodata on a regular basis.
  • Manage performance, motivate, coach team members across multiple sites and provide feedback to develop talent within the team.
  • Manage administrative tasks including overtime, holidays, sick leaves, training records
  • Lead / Coordinate improvement project(s) through solution definition, implementation, deployment including the harmonization with other teams in Aerodata
  • Support customer account managers and senior management on customer calls, visits, and projects
  • Represent the team and the company on internal and external forums and audits
  • Recruit, onboard and train new team members
  • Coordination of subcontractor activities

Qualified Experience/Skills/Training:

Education:

  • Required: Educated to degree level or equivalent experience

Experience:

  • Proven experience in leadership and management

Preferred

  • Knowledge of the Aviation industry
  • Knowledge of other Aerodata Team Functions and Processes and how they fit in NAVBLUE
