Electrical Maintenance Engineer – £47,000 – Mayfair
Location:Mayfair
Salary: £47,000 + Overtime Opportunities
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services company in the heart of London, near Mayfair. This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £47,000, plus additional overtime, a clear path for career progression, pension scheme, and long-term job security.

You will be based at a Very Prestigious Commercial Office Building located in the heart of Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Respond to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently
  • Carry out electrical work, including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
  • Maintain and repair various systems including AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV, and HVAC plants
  • Basic duties such as maintenance of toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
  • Fault-finding and troubleshooting as required on VAV/VRV systems, water treatment, and related equipment

Candidate Requirements:

  • Ideally, 3+ years of experience in building services maintenance
  • City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
  • Strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and commitment to personal growth
  • Solid knowledge of building services systems and equipment
